Last year, Spike TV featured a biography on my close friend, Oliver Peck, as part of their esteemed “In Focus” series. Oliver’s journey spans over two decades in the tattooing industry, during which he has made an indelible mark. As the co-owner of Elm Street Tattoo in Dallas, Texas, Oliver has not only left an artistic imprint but has also played a significant role in shaping the tattoo community. His distinctive trademark—a toothpick—is almost as iconic as his exceptional talent. Yet, to truly understand Oliver Peck, one must delve deeper into his multifaceted personality and rich experiences.
